In 1999 we ‘Keith & Janey Davies’ decided to launch our 1st Dance Company

‘Chance 2 Dance’ and the reason was, there weren’t any Weekenders or Competitions in the whole of the North of England!

We thought big & secured the Dance Mecca of the World, the Winter Gardens & Tower Ballroom Blackpool & within 2 years we had over 1,500 Modern Jive Dancers joining us for this annual pilgrimage from all over the world.

In 2006 we had handed the reins over to Tony & Angelina Murphy, our Co-Partners to launch our own company, Revolution Dance. We started with 1 Class Night per Week & 1 Freestyle per Month, but still guest taught & performed Modern Jive around the UK as well as locally for companies such as Ceroc, Blitz, Salsa Jive, Cinnamon Jive etc.

We now teach all over the UK & Europe, including Spain, Germany, Italy, Austria & have performed in Cuba & Mexico.
Keith & his dance partner Vicky are the World Modern Jive Champions in the ‘Showcase’ category, defending it in 2020.

As a company we have also grown & now offer Modern Jive:
A Weekly Class Night - One of the largest in the UK!
2x Monthly Freestyles
4x 4* Dance Weekenders per year includes Classes on: Latin Ballroom, Argentine Tango, Blues, West Coast Swing & Many other styles.
1x 4* All Inclusive Dance Holiday per year, also offers other dance styles.
We also offer Workshops, Special Events eg Theatre trips with special meet & greets, with many BBC Strictly Stars, Burn the Floor Shows & World Champions!
